Case Study:
We have recently completed a lengthy integration for one of our Telco clients with T-Mobile network. It is a treacherous process. Lack of documentation, understandable lack of attention on behalf of T-Mobile (they do have a lot of integrators to support) contributed to a fairly lengthy project cycle of 4 months. Knowing what we know now, it will take us a fraction of that amount to get any new integration up and running with T-Mobile.
